Cancellation Policy

 

CANCELLATIONS

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH APRIL 30 BY EMAIL ONLY.

SUBSTITUTIONS REQUESTED BY STANDARD MAIL AND TELEPHONE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. IF YOU FAIL TO CANCEL BY THE DEADLINE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF TUITION AND MEALS.

We reserve the right to cancel any class or classes that do not meet the minimum number of registrations. Students enrolled in these classes will be notified and given the opportunity to register for alternative classes.
